What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at the end of a payment period, so this is usually annually with a 60 day notice period. If you are thinking about cancelling your plan please get in touch and tell us what's not working for you and we can see how we can help.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, most of our clients pay annually by invoice so you don't need to have access to a credit card to sign up.
How long is the contract?
It's a 12 month contract.
Are there any other fees?
No. If you want to use any of the extras we will provide you with a price up front. We will never add on fees without your permission.
