Hours of support

Our support hours are from 9.00 until 5.00pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays or some days over the Christmas period).

Response & resolution times

If you are experiencing downtime or performance issues with your Buzz platform please be assured that we have monitoring processes in place that notify us of issues so we are probably already looking into this.

The best way to contact us is by sending us an email to buzz@brandstencil.com. This is a ticketed service monitored during our hours of support.

Reporting an issue

Please provide us with a detailed description of the support required along with enough information to recreate any reported error. If you can include a screen shot and details of your set up that will help us investigate more quickly.

Our commitment

We will always endeavour to resolve issues as swiftly as possible, we recognise that Buzz is key to your campaign.

In all cases, we will make our best efforts to resolve issues and will provide you with progress reports where we can.

However, we are unable to provide guaranteed resolution times because the nature of issues can vary enormously.
